G&J MODELS' director is Katherine Tenerowicz, with over 30 years of experience in the Chicago Market. She was an owner of A-plus Talent, and Susanne's A-Plus, until they merged with Aria Talent, where she was the Director of Commercial Print until they were bought by Ford Models. She then continued on as the Director of Ford Models Lifestyle Midwest.

Grossman & Jack Talent has expanded their downtown Chicago offices with the addition of Agency Galatea Model & Artist Management. Marie P. Anderson, world renowned modeling and fashion industry veteran, is heading this new fashion boutique department.

Marie's unique management style provides her clients and talent with the highest quality in personal service. Over the past 30 years in the industry, she has been able to efficiently serve her clients' needs through modern technology and the close professional relationships she's developed with worldwide agencies.

Marie is best known for owning Aria Model & Talent Management, authoring two internationally published books: Model, The Complete Guide to Becoming a Professional Model, and Model, The Complete Guide for Men and Women, and for changing the face of beauty in the 1980's with the discovery of the Supermodel, Cindy Crawford.
